Just the perfect experience, every step of the way! Eve guided us expertly through selling our investment property, from deciding what improvements would yield better results to strategically pricing the home for the current real estate market. We received multiple offers on day one and day two of the home being on sale, and again, Eve stepped in to help us navigate through them. We luckily closed in less than two weeks with an amazing offer, one that would not have been possible without Eve’s professional guidance and support. I have known Eve Metlis as a neighbor in the Townes of Southgate for about 14 years. She was always friendly and outgoing. On about Labor Day, 2021 I contacted Eve and told her I wanted to sell my 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the Townes of Southgate. There was never a doubt in my mind who my Realtor would be. Selling a house is stressful enough, and Eve was right there by my side to walk me through every step of the way. Eve was recommended by a family member after having a fantastic experience with her, so much so that he became a repeat client. We could not be more happy with the recommendation, Eve was extremely responsive, willing to show us anything any day, but was also knowledgeable and honest enough to let us know what houses were worth viewing and which ones were better left to the rest of the bidders. This was our first home purchase, and we purchased during one of the toughest times to buy in recent history, after having a baby 3 months earlier. Our expectations drastically changed when we would see postings hit the MLS at midnight, send Eve an email at 2am to set up a viewing, get a response from Eve at 6am saying she's on it, and then having the sellers agent tell her they are accepting an offer at 8am. But wildly enough, after a few months, 4/5 house viewings, looking into new build communities, and looking for property to do a custom build, Eve found us a place that met way more than I thought possible on our list, while still keeping us on budget. It was so so stressful going through all of this, but please do yourself a favor and call Eve and her team. You won't regret it. My family has Eve to thank, and whenever we move or hear of someone asking for a realtor, we will absolutely be passing along Eve's information. Eve did an incredible job. It was my first time buying and my husbands first time selling. We both weren’t really sure what we were doing but with Eve it was a breeze! She was so responsive when we had any questions at all. When we went to look at new homes she knew right away if it was something we were interested in our not, she even helped by pointing out features that are “less desirable” that we didn’t notice. I have relied on Eve to find two vacation homes for me over the past few years. She is very knowledgeable about the local market. Eve kept me up-to-date regarding all new listings that met my criteria as well as provided objective analysis for all considered properties. While I visited prospective homes with Eve the first time around I found that I had so much trust in Eve that I did not find it necessary to visit properties the second time around. I would highly recommend Eve Metlis whether you’re selling or buying. We have used her for both... on the same house. When we decided to buy a small investment property, we had a lot to learn. Eve was extremely patient and very helpful. Even though we were looking for a small house, she never made us feel as if we were wasting her time. Eve is an incredible person, and I am so lucky that my partner and I had her to help with our home search. I can honestly say that if Eve Metlis was not our Realtor, we would not be in our 'Dream Home' today. Eve is definitely a rockstar agent! Eve and I worked on a transaction together, and it most certainly wasn’t an easy one. However, throughout the process Eve was responsive, professional, and really did her due diligence with her clients to get them into the home they loved, and we closed after 19 DAYS under contract! Through the 1.5 years (!) we worked with Eve to find a property in central Florida, she could not have been more professional, responsive, or patient. She is also incredibly upbeat and friendly, and SO easy to work with. She consistently followed up immediately whenever we had questions about deed restrictions in a particular community, HOA covenants, comps, etc. - ALWAYS the same day, usually within an hour or two. She made herself available on OUR schedule, whether for phone conferences or visits - we live 3.5 hours away, and when we came up for a multi-day house-hunting trip, she altered her schedule to accommodate us, more than once. Eve handled a difficult negotiation with an unreasonably demanding seller and listing agent calmly and professionally, and was invaluable in strategizing the way forward when things started to go sideways in that transaction - there was never a doubt she had our best interests at heart, and was willing to forego a sale (and her commission!) rather than capitulate to unfavorable terms. We will absolutely use her again if we have real estate needs in the area, and recommend her without reservation.

The best way to describe Eve is "above and beyond"! Not only did she find us the home that exactly met our requirements, she stayed involved every step of the way. Since it was new construction and we were new to the area she helped us with managing builder issues, finding us a inspector, successfully challenging a bad appraisal from the bank, offering to attend all home selection appointments and she even helped look after our 1 year old while we were in meetings :) Eve really represented our interests like they were her own and I'd highly recommend her!
I can't possibly recommend Eve highly enough!!! As a first time home buyer, the process seemed very daunting & scary at the outset, but after the initial meeting with her, I knew we were in great hands. She is extremely thorough in addressing questions & concerns and lays everything out in an easy to understand manner. She was unbelievably quick in setting up home viewings. "You want to see that home tomorrow?...Done." When viewing homes, she is very good at noticing small details that a novice like myself may not have noticed, but she is always nothing but professional when giving you her opinion on what she sees. When we found our dream home very early in the process, she did not pressure us into seeing more homes, she simply talked us through the process of making an offer and we had it done within a couple of hours!!! Her communication skills are out of this world, often replying to emails within a matter of minutes, and sometimes at odd hours of the night! Once our home inspection came in, she definitely helped us determine which issues were the most important to address with the seller, and worked hard to make sure our concerns were acknowledged and rectified in time for our closing. All in all, Eve is simply an amazing realtor and an even more amazing person. With her in your corner, you can't go wrong!
Eve is an outright dynamo at her job. She took the challenge in the midst of the pandemic, had the most professional photos done of my home, posted everything one morning and the house sold in five hours. A real professional who is not afraid to give you her opinion on how to best get your home sold. Her follow through and status updates were right on point. I have sold four homes and had great realtors but Eve by far gets the Oscar.
I worked with Eve on a very stressful closing. I witnessed her assist her client through the entire process of a new construction home. I was very impressed with her involvement from day 1. This is usually not the case in the new construction home buying experience. Eve was at every face to face meeting and was prompt on any emails that needed attention. Eve was not representing myself but left a lasting impression that when the day comes I know who to call. A+ job all around.

We were first time home buyers and very unfamiliar with the process of buying a home. Eve guided us every step of the way and was always available including evenings and weekends. Her MLS website was very user friendly and we were very impressed with it. We particularly liked the dislike feature so we wouldn’t see a home in the search results if we didn’t like it and we liked the filter options which allowed us to only focus on homes in our price range that met certain criteria such as square footage, two car garage homes, location, etc. Our closing was completed in less than 30 days and she kept us on track with everything. We were impressed with Eve even before we met her! She sold our next-door neighbors’ house several years ago and they sang Eve’s praises. We knew that when the time came to buy or sell a house, we would talk with Eve. Although our intent was to interview 3-4 realtors, Eve knocked it out of the park with her comprehensive presentation and we contracted with her without talking with anyone else. The house that we listed was a rental house, which our multi-year renters had greatly neglected. The house needed quite a bit of work so, with Eve’s guidance and expertise, we made some necessary improvements, then opted to enter into an “as is” contract. We entertained several offers, and sold the house for a price that made us very happy! Eve used every possible tool to advertise our house, and we were hugely impressed by the number of open houses, showings, “clicks” and overall exposure our house received. Eve’s communication with us throughout the process was impressive – from scheduled showings to feedback after showings to responses to our questions to simply keeping us informed. It truly seemed as though she worked 24/7 and we were her only clients. Additionally, Eve surrounds herself with a team of vastly professional people (photographer, closing assistant, etc.) who are, likewise, extremely capable and client-focused.
