As a first time home buyer, the process seemed very daunting & scary at the outset, but after the initial meeting with her, I knew we were in great hands. When we found our dream home very early in the process, she did not pressure us into seeing more homes, she simply talked us through the process of making an offer and we had it done within a couple of hours!!! Her communication skills are out of this world, often replying to emails within a matter of minutes, and sometimes at odd hours of the night! Once our home inspection came in, she definitely helped us determine which issues were the most important to address with the seller, and worked hard to make sure our concerns were acknowledged and rectified in time for our closing.
