An Orlando-area resident since 1992, James brings a strong background in project management and computer engineering, giving him a methodical, detail-driven approach to real estate transactions. Known for his patience, problem-solving skills, and clear communication, he works closely with clients to ensure nothing is overlooked and every step is handled with care.

As a sales partner on the Eve Metlis Team, James provides expanded availability, hands-on support, and dedicated follow-up for clients across Ocoee, Winter Garden, Orlando, Windermere, Clermont, and surrounding areas. His role allows the team to deliver faster response times and a higher level of personalized service—while maintaining the results-driven strategy and standards the team is known for.

James is also a lifelong musician who plays and teaches guitar, a background that reflects his approachable style, patience, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
